We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. Delivery Options & Charges

Standard Delivery – £3.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days from the date your order is dispatched.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. There may be delays during busy periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to issues with our delivery partners. Nude Nova is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

3. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch email once your order has been shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be included in your dispatch email. If tracking is not available for your chosen service, you can contact us at sales@nudenova.co.uk for an update.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Nude Nova is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

6. Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us (for example, due to non-collection or incorrect address), we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redeliveries.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@nudenova.co.uk within a reasonable period. We may ask for photos of any damage and will work with you and our delivery partners to resolve the issue.
